A Balanced Scorecard is typically based on four perspectives:
finance, efficiency, clients and people (learning and growth). These are
derived from your Strategy. For each perspective, we must identify,
describe and set together:
– goals, derived from the analysis of the business unit’s
context and strategic short and long term business goals.
– lag indicators, associated to each goal. They collect the relevant
information to monitor goal achievement.
– performance drivers, associated to the goals. They are factors that
positively affect the achievement of the goal and are
part of the strategy defined for reaching the goal.
– lead indicators, associated to the drivers. They provide
information on the performance of the driver.

Communications Management, Project Risk Management and Project Procurement
Management.
Depending on the size of the project or the program (a set of
different projects aiming for the same strategic target) setting up a
Program/Project Office (PMO) is mandatory ; two major trends to follow are

o Management, training and coaching of PMO manager
