BALANCED SCORECARD
CONSULTIS helps you to upgrade from no or basic reporting to dashboards or even balanced scorecard aligned with your strategy.
Based on Best Practices and on our experience, we have elaborated and matured our methodology to help you reach your target. With such bases, CONSULTIS helps you from identifying indicators and key performance indicators up to describing management reporting and even implementing a thorough multi-level balance scorecard aligned with your strategy.

A Balanced Scorecard is typically based on four perspectives: finance, efficiency, clients and people (learning and growth). These are derived from your Strategy. For each perspective, we must identify, describe and set together:
– goals, derived from the analysis of the business unit’s context and strategic short and    long term business goals.
– lag indicators, associated to each goal. They collect the relevant information to monitor    goal achievement.
– performance drivers, associated to the goals. They are factors that positively affect the    achievement of the goal and are part of the strategy defined for reaching the goal.
– lead indicators, associated to the drivers. They provide information on the performance of the driver.

Useful from any range going from a midsize company until to the biggest, it is ‘simply’ the state of the art on how to use company information to manage effectively the current and coming live of your company. Even in small company, that approach is efficient : it is a typical cornerstone to manage growth and communication.

PROJECT & PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
CONSULTIS works only with professionals committed to deliver in time and within budget and always using project management best practices.

Our method and experience are based on Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) best practices identified by the PMI. Key points are Project Scope Management, Project Time Management, Project Risk Management, Project Cost Management, Project Integration Management, Project Quality Management, Project Human Resources Management, Project Communications Management, Project Risk Management and Project Procurement Management.

Depending on the size of the project or the program (a set of different projects aiming for the same strategic target) setting up a Program/Project Office (PMO) is mandatory ; two major trends to follow are
o Definition and implementation
o Management, training and coaching of PMO manager

Implementing Project Management indicators is a critical step to success : to reach that point, you need to define and implement these at least basically or even using the Balance Scorecard concept ; to analyse results, a baseline will be set-up and evolutions will be analysed.

A project resulting always in changes to be implemented, CONSULTIS can also perform change management for you or with you.
If you only need an external advice on projects or programs you are managing, an audit performed by CONSULTIS will provide you a professional advice on points you need to improve to reach what you want.
